LX3 Properties LLC is rooted in a deep commitment to the Upper Peninsula community. We are a local, full-spectrum real estate company dedicated to both finding people a supportive place to call home and actively enhancing the neighborhoods we serve. Our mission is two-fold: First, we proudly manage and offer a diverse portfolio of residential rentals—including homes, apartments, and mobile homes—all held to the highest standard of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance across communities like Escanaba, Marquette, and Iron Mountain. Second, we drive community renewal through our property revitalization program. We thoughtfully select distressed properties, transforming them into high-quality, market-ready homes for new owners, thereby adding lasting value and charm to the U.P.
